Loterre

Developed by the Inist-CNRS, Loterre (Linked open terminology resources) is a platform for multidisciplinary terminological scientific resources sharing, complying with the linked open data standards and the FAIR principles.

Loterre relies on an RDF triplestore and allows users to browse or query the resources via an API or a SPARQL endpoint, and to download them.

Loterre was designed in a spirit of openness and proposes its exposure services to other producers of terminological data.

PRINCIPIA

PRINCIPIA is a transparent blockchain-powered ecosystem for peer-review of scientific outputs (ie, papers, patents, …). The platform allows users, including existing publishing groups, to create and manage peer-reviewed journals.

PRINCIPIA is a free market where researchers and publishers exchange crypto-tokens for journals, reviews and publications. Output is automatically open access.

PRINCIPIA’s referees are remunerated for their efforts and quality reviews. At variance with the traditional peer-review system, good referees are transparently and automatically rewarded in crypto-tokens for their commitment.

PRINCIPIA naturally allows to recognize prestige of users and journals, with an intrinsic reputation system which does not depend on third-parties and heuristics.

PRINCIPIA scores the reputation of a journal according to the reputation of the corresponding editorial committee. This facilitates groups of people with high reputation to bootstrap new journals.

meTypeset

meTypeset is a tool to covert from Microsoft Word .docx format to NLM/JATS-XML for scholarly/scientific article typesetting.

meTypeset is a fork of the OxGarage stack and uses TEI as an intemediary format to facilitate interchange. Components are licensed under the GPL v2 and the Creative Commons Attribution-Sharealike 3.0 clauses, according to the various original sources of the fork.

The transforms within this software can be invoked in several different ways:

  1. Run through a *nix compatible command line with the bin/meTypeset.py script.
  2. A limited set of the transforms can be called through any renderer capable of parsing XSLT 1.0. This will not include the meTypeset classifier stages.

The modfications to the OxGarage stack contained within this project are Copyright Martin Paul Eve 2014 and released under the licenses specified in each respective file.

UGM Digital Press

As an open-source platform for a series of potentially cutting-edge proceeding papers, the UGM Digital Press is dedicated to build public trust through strong publication ethics and societal commitment to provide an authentic and intellectually stimulating articles. It publishes international conference papers and UGM Press scientific books. All manuscript published on the UGM Digital Press are strictly assessed through a review process and thus, it ensures the quality of the selected articles.

The collection of scientific papers from the international conference can be accessed on the UGM Digital Press Proceeding Series. They are part of the Universitas Gadjah Mada Annual Scientific Conferences (UASC). Its agenda comprises ICST, ICHS, ICTA, ICSEAS, BioMIC, and other international conferences independently organized by faculties or working units within the compound of Universitas Gadjah Mada.

The scientific works of international conference published on the UGM Digital Press will be assigned DOIs and indexed on Google Scholars. All documents published are licensed by Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY). To progress further, the UGM Digital Press continues to collaborate with reputable indexing institutions such as Crossref and Dimension and the like.

UGM Digital Press is managed directly by the Badan Penerbit dan Publikasi Universitas Gadjah Mada and is supported by Direktorat Sistem dan Sumber Daya Informasi Universitas Gadjah Mada.
