Identifier/Resolution Protocol (IRP)

The Identifier/Resolution Protocol (IRP) is a rapid-resolution protocol for creating, updating, deleting, and resolving identifiers that are globally managed and allotted. Each identifier is associated with a record that clients can resolve to using this protocol.
